Case Management
The key to cost control is case management, which is why Finley has a dedicated case manager for employers. Returning a worker to the job in a safe and timely manner requires the coordinated efforts of a knowledgeable and skilled team of medical professionals. We understand that employer consensus with treatment and testing is essential, as the worker is your most important asset.
Our professionals, who are fully familiar with the work, the diagnosis, the work place and the goals of the employer will move the worker quickly and safely through rehabilitation and control costs for the employer.
