Our Therapists

Our treatment program is provided by a physical therapist or an occupational therapist who is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)/Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). In addition, each therapist has earned certification from the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA). Since 2000, the Lymphedema Clinic has been a member of the National Lymphedema Network (NLN).

Kim Cooks, OTR/L, CLT-LANA

Kim Cook, OTR/L, CLT-LANA

Kim graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992 with a BS in Occupational Therapy. Kim received her certification in Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in 2002 and became a nationally certified lymphedema therapist in 2004 through LANA – Lymphology Association of North America. Kim has a passion for her lymphedema and cancer patients that strives to help patients recover and achieve their goals.  


Stephanie Dopheide, DPT, CLT

Stephanie Dopheide, DPT, CLTStephanie graduated from St Louis University with in 2007 with a BS in Kinesiology.  She received her Master's in Physical Therapy in 2009 and in 2011 achieved her Doctorate in PT all from St Louis University. Stephanie received her certification in Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy through Norton Training in 2013 and became a nationally certified lymphedema therapist in 2014 through LANA – Lymphology Association of North America. She is certified in Breast cancer rehabilitation from the Klose Training Center. Stephanie continues to pursue new treatments in lymphedema and cancer care for her patients.  

Nancy Fellows, PT, CLT-LANA

Nancy FellowsNancy is a graduate of the University of Iowa Physical Therapy Program.  Nancy received her certification in Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy through the Academy of Lymphatic studies in 1999 and became a nationally certified lymphedema therapist in 2002 through LANA – Lymphology Association of North America. She is certified in Breast cancer rehabilitation from the Klose Training Center, a Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Exercise specialist, and a Certified Oncology Rehab Specialist from the Physiological Oncology Rehabilitation Institute. Nancy has over 20 years of experience in lymphedema treatment and management and breast cancer rehabilitation.  

Kari Seivert, OTR/L, CLT-LANA

Kari Seivert, OTR/L, CLT-LANA

Kari graduated from the University of Kansas in 1991 with a BS in Occupational Therapy. Kari received her certification in Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy through Klose/ Norton Training in 2001 and became a nationally certified lymphedema therapist in 2002 through LANA – Lymphology Association of North America. She is certified in Breast cancer rehabilitation from the Klose Training Center and a Certified Oncology Rehab Specialist from the Physiological Oncology Rehabilitation Institute. Kari continues to pursue new trends in Lymphedema management and breast cancer care for her patients.
