ST. LUKE’S FOUNDATION AND
ST. LUKE’S AUXILIARY
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

St. Luke’s Foundation’s Scholarship Program provides scholarships to St. Luke’s employees pursuing a degree to expand or further their job skills. Scholarships are provided for this program through individual donations to St. Luke’s Foundation. Dollar amounts vary depending on the scholarship awarded.

St. Luke’s Auxiliary provides scholarships to:

  • St. Luke’s Hospital employees who are pursuing a degree in nursing and/or designated allied health profession
  • St. Luke’s volunteers or auxilian who are pursuing a degree in nursing and/or designated allied health profession.
  • A child of a St. Luke’s employee or auxilian who are pursuing a degree in nursing and/or designated allied health profession.

TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST:

  • Be employed in an eligible UnityPoint Health – Cedar Rapids department. Please click here for ineligible and eligible departments.
    • OR be a St. Luke’s volunteer or auxilian who is pursuing a degree in nursing and/or designated allied health profession.
    • OR be a child of a St. Luke’s employee or auxilian who is pursuing a degree in nursing and/or designated allied health profession.
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college or university listed on the application for the 2018 – 2019 school year.
  • Complete the 2018 Application. Completing the application, the applicant is eligible for both the Foundation and Auxiliary scholarship programs.
  • If you are currently employed in an eligible UnityPoint Health – Cedar Rapids department, continue to work for the organization for at least one year.

APPLICATION DUE DATE:

  • March 2, 2018 at 3 p.m. 
  • Applications may be mailed via U.S. Post Office, hand-delivered or via inter-office mail. 
  • St. Luke’s Foundation is located in the Medical Office Plaza at 855 A Avenue NE, Suite 105.
