Programs for Children & Teens
St. Luke's Children’s Specialty Services provides several programs for children and teenagers to help them cope with mental, emotional and behavioral concerns.
Children’s Specialty Services
Behavioral Health, Intensive Outpatient Program is for children ages 6 to 18. Children experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges in their home, at school or in community settings may benefit from this level of care. Multiple therapeutic modalities are offered by mental health professionals in a group setting to help children meet their individualized goals which can help with reducing or avoiding hospitalization and out of home placements.
Our treatment team may include:

- Outpatient providers
- Recreational therapists
- School counselors
- Therapists
- Youth counselors
Topics that will be incorporated into the program include
- Anger mangement
- Coping skills
- Healthy communication
- Identification of emotions

Transportation
The Children's Specialty Services assists with transportation as needed by the family.
