Kelley joins St. Luke's College as Assistant Professor
Teresa Kelley has joined St. Luke’s College – UnityPoint Health as an assistant professor for the division of nursing education.
In her new role, Kelley will be providing instruction in the Neurological/Psychiatric and Pharmacology course as well as teaching Health Assessment and Leadership courses online in the Bachelor Degree program.
Kelley was previously employed as an assistant professor at Briar Cliff University. In addition, she held roles at National American University (NAU) Sioux Falls Campus, and Morningside College. During her nursing career, she has been employed with Ultimate Nursing Services/ Align Staffing (Military Respite), Sioux City Allergy and Asthma Assoc., St Luke’s Hospital, University of Denver Hospital, Aurora Colorado Police Department as DUI nurse, and Cherokee Hospital.
Kelley received her Master of Science of Nursing – Nurse Educator, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Briar Cliff University. She belongs to the National Scholastic Honor Society Delta Epsilon Sigma, and the Honor Society of Nursing Sigma Theta Tau International Theta Gamma Chapter at Large. She is also involved in a number of volunteer activities in Siouxland.
Located at 2800 Pierce Street in Sioux City, St. Luke’s College celebrated record enrollment in its 2014 fall semester. St. Luke’s College offers Bachelor Degree Completion Programs in Nursing and Health Sciences; Associate Degree Programs in Nursing, Radiologic Technology and Respiratory Care; Certificate Programs in Medical Laboratory Science and Phlebotomy; and Specialty Certifications in Sonography, CT, MRI and Mammography; and a Clinical Pastoral Education Program.
