Children's Miracle Network Radiothon reaches $1 million
Supporters raised over $158,000 for UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s Children’s Miracle Network during the Caring for Kids Radiothon. Since the first Caring for Kids Radiothon 15 years ago, the annual event has raised over $1 million donated for St. Luke’s Children’s Miracle Network and its efforts to improve children’s health care.
Held for two days in mid-October, the Caring for Kids Radiothon is broadcast live on iHeart Media radio stations KG95, Z98 and KISS 107.1. Radiothon pledges are used to enhance children’s health care at St. Luke’s, helping to purchase equipment and supplies as well as to support family and community education programs.
