Biography

Rylea Anderson is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) in the Family Birthing Suites department at UnityPoint Health - Finley Hospital. For her care philosophy, Rylea prefers a low intervention approach to healthy babies and families, knowing providers have the option to utilize the modern neonatal care methods, if needed. Rylea wanted to become a provider to help make the world a better place, while caring for the smallest and newest residents of the planet so they can grow up to change the world. When caring for patients in Finley's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), it's important to Rylea that all babies are treated in the context of their parents and families. As a team effort between the baby, parents and herself, Rylea's goal is provide the best care for each baby and their family, so everyone is happy and healthy.
