Why did you become a physician/provider? I find it fulfilling to have the ability to make a difference in patients' lives. 
As a provider, what is your medical philosophy? I strive to treat my patients like they are family. 
Why did you choose your specialty? In family medicine, I have the opportunity to build relationships with my patients over time. 
What qualities best describe the care you provide your patients? I am compassionate, empathetic and a good listener.
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day? To make a positive impact on my patients each and every day. 
What is the most important thing patients should know about you and your practice? I will treat you like my own family member and make sure you feel heard and understood. 
Personal Interests: Traveling, weight lifting, watching sports, and being around family/friends
