About Kelley Wear, MD
Biography
Patient/Provider Philosophy
Patient autonomy is the basis of my philosophy. I fully educate the patient on their condition, discussing the pros and cons of each possible treatment decision based on clinical evidence. This empowers the patient to play the major role in the direction of their care. True healing cannot take place without compassionate care for the patient as a whole being, not just as another injury to be mended. It is imperative to understand and care for the patient as a whole.
