Jill Hunter, LISW

Jill Hunter, LISW, is a licensed independent clinical social worker. She earned degrees from University of Iowa and Boise State University. Jill is a therapist with the Senior Outreach Counseling Program.  She previously worked for the Veterans Administration and has specialized clinical experience and training in the treatment of PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and emotional regulation.

She primarily uses cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and strengths-based modalities. Her clinical work has been with adults and geriatric patients.  Jill enjoys assisting her clients in recognizing their potential.
