Why did you become a physician/provider? I became a therapist to assist and empower people to develop and achieve individual goals for their success.  I thrive on the opportunity to meet new people and collaborate with them to reach those goals. 
What qualities best describe the care you provide to your patients?With a history of both clinic and community-based services, I offer a strengths-based perspective for my clients.  I provide services focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Motivational interviewing, and Solution focused services.  I currently facilitate 2 STEPPS groups and provide EMDR to both children and adults.
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day? I am consistently motivated by the desire to expand my own knowledge and learn from my clients about empowerment and strength.
What is the most important message you would like to share with your patients? What would you like your patients to know about you? You are the expert on your own mental health.  I would love the opportunity to collaborate with you in a non-judgmental setting to use that expertise and empower you to develop your own picture of success. 
Are there any fun facts that you would like the community to know about you? Studied abroad in Nicaragua in college
