Areas of Clinical Interest
I'm a passionate and dedicated physical therapist with a strong focus on pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation. These two areas have captured my interest and expertise, shaping my clinical practice in a unique way.

  • Pelvic Health: In the realm of pelvic health, I specialize in diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions that affect the pelvic region, such as pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse and sexual dysfunction. I treat all ages and genders from children to adult in their later years in life. My approach to pelvic health is holistic, addressing both physical and emotional aspects. I work closely with patients to create customized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based techniques to help them regain control and improve their quality of life.
  • Orthopedic-Based Physical Therapy: My commitment to orthopedic-based physical therapy revolves around the musculoskeletal system, where I excel in diagnosing and treating various conditions related to bones, muscles, fascia, and joints. Whether it's post-surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries or chronic musculoskeletal pain, I'm well-versed in providing comprehensive care. I also specialize in fasical counterstrain technique to help with many orthopedic conditions. My approach focuses on promoting functional recovery, reducing pain, and improving mobility. I'm deeply passionate about helping patients regain their strength and independence.

What's your medical approach to care?
What sets me apart in these areas is my dedication to ongoing education and staying at the forefront of research and advancements. I understand that each patient is unique, and I tailor my treatment plans to their specific needs and goals. Compassion and empathy are at the core of my practice, and I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment for my patients.

Why did you become a physician/provider?
I became a physical therapist out of a profound passion for helping people improve their lives through movement, function and physical well-being. My journey into this field was shaped by several key motivations and experiences. I have always been fascinated in the human body and its complexity and resilience. I wanted to use my knowledge to educated individuals about their conditions, as well as help them regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Physical therapy is an ever-evolving field. The opportunity for continuous learning and professional growth excited me.

Why did you choose your specialty?
I chose to specialize in pelvic health and orthopedic-based physical therapy because I identified a significant, underserved need in this area of health care. This decision was rooted in a strong commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals facing often-overlooked pelvic health issues. These issues, including pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation and sexual dysfunction, affected a considerable portion of the population. I'm driven by an unwavering commitment to treating individuals as whole persons and improving their functional independence and quality of life.
