Autumn Drewelow, LMSW

Autumn Drewelow, LMSW, is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health care and making services more accessible to those navigating stressful seasons of life. After serving 2.5 years as a crisis co-responder alongside emergency responders, she witnessed firsthand the growing need for compassionate, timely mental health support.

Autumn provides care in a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without shame or guilt. She utilizes motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help individuals move toward meaningful recovery and personal growth. She is driven by building trusting, respectful connections that empower clients to reach their goals.

Autumn’s message to patients is simple yet powerful: It is never too late to live a more fulfilling life.
