The counseling style I utilize focuses on providing a caring and supportive environment for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach to therapeutic treatment is primarily client-centered and encompasses cognitive-behavioral techniques. I use strategies based off the client’s unique needs, such as activity-based or discussion-focused therapy, to assist in the process of change. Within the therapeutic relationship, I work with clients to identify their over-arching goals and the steps to implement along the way.
