Allison Stanley, MOT, OTR/L, NTMTC, is a highly experienced occupational therapist with more than 21 years of clinical practice dedicated to helping infants, children and families achieve meaningful outcomes and improved quality of life. She brings extensive expertise across neonatal, inpatient and pediatric settings, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's unique needs.

Allison specializes in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) care, inpatient acute care and sensory integration. She has a particular passion for supporting the growth and development of premature and medically fragile infants, partnering closely with families and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote optimal developmental outcomes. As a certified Neonatal Touch and Massage Therapist (NTMTC), she utilizes specialized therapeutic techniques that support infant development, self-regulation, bonding and overall well-being.

In addition, Allison holds a Sensory Integration Certificate from the USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California, further strengthening her expertise in assessing and treating sensory processing challenges in infants and children. Her advanced training allows her to provide targeted, evidence-based interventions that support participation in everyday activities and enhance developmental outcomes.
