Expecting moms and their support persons will learn breastfeeding basics, how lactation works, pelvic health education and gain confidence before baby arrives!
Topics include:
- Breastfeeding (tips for success and avoiding complications, common breastfeeding challenges, latch and positioning techniques, signs your baby is getting enough)
- Infant CPR
- Introduction to pelvic health
- Birth Center tours
