Good health starts with information, support and community. Join us Oct. 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Mercado on 5th for a free evening of food, movement and conversation about breast health.

Connect with others through survivor stories, learn why breast cancer detection matters and get practical tips for healthy living. The evening includes a healthy dinner featuring Las Salsas Doña Mary, a cooking demonstration, fitness class and breast health education. Free mammogram screening vouchers will also be available to eligible participants.

The event is focused on connecting with our Hispanic community, and people of all backgrounds are welcome.
