Tai Chi is an evidence based exercise program that has been proven to reduce falling. Tai Chi works on balance, coordination, and finding your center to help prevent participants from injury.
The program will be done via Microsoft Teams which can be downloaded (prior to the start of the course) or used through your internet browser. Participants will receive an email with the link on the first day of the course.
The registration fee of $40 gives participants 8 weeks!
Starting January 22nd, 2024 and ends March 13th, 2024.
The course "meets" every Monday and Wednesdays starting at 4:00 PM and ending at 4:50 PM
