Class includes topics on:

  • What happens when you are in labor
  • What your choices are when you are in labor
  • Baby care practices
  • How to keep your baby safe

You do not need to bring anything to class or complete prep work before the class. Resource materials will be given out before or during the class for you to take home.

There is no fee for this class but registration is required.
