Birth Basics

This class will cover essential information on pre-labor, stages of labor, vaginal delivery, medical procedures, medical pain relief options available to you and Cesarean birth. Birth Basics does not cover Newborn Care, Breastfeeding, Comfort Techniques or Maternity Tours. If you prefer a free virtual option, watch online Birth Basics here.
