Lactation Support Group

No need to register! These free breastfeeding support groups are run by internationally board-certified lactation consultants. They can help with feeding positions and baby's latch, answer pumping questions, and do weighted feeds so you know how much baby is eating. Questions? Call Lactation Services at 515-541-6570.

The Methodist West group meets on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Park on the back/west side of the hospital, then enter under the doors that say Conference Center. Alternately, you can park in the main parking lot of Methodist West, then take the elevators to the 1st floor and follow signs to the Conference Center behind the cafeteria.
