Labor and Birth - Monday

The Monday evening Labor and Birth Class is designed to provide participants with up-to-date information about the labor and birth process. You will learn how to recognize labor, strategies to help cope with labor and medication options will be included in class. You will also receive a tour of the maternity unit! This class should be taken in the last trimester of pregnancy.

The cost of this class is $30.  Your support person is encouraged to attend, for no additional charge. (Only the birthing person needs to register for the class by selecting 1 TICKET)

This class will be held at Allen Hospital in Meeting Room #2. Please use Entrance #8. The class is from 6-9:00PM.
