Just a few cents can make a big change!

Remainder Round-Up is a UW-Madison student-led community-based initiative to support health services for the Madison homeless population. Remainder Round-Up allows patrons to "round-up" their purchases to the nearest dollar at partnering businesses between November 13 and November 18, 2017.

All funds raised will be donated to UnityPoint Health – Meriter Foundation, specifically the Helping Educate and Link Homeless (HEALTH) Program, which assists homeless individuals in getting access to health care in Madison.

Participating Locations:

  • UnityPoint Health – Meriter Cafeteria, Bistro and Dr. Joe

  • Chipotle (State Street) - November 14

  • Mooyah (State Street) - November 15

  • Panera (West Washington Ave) - November 16

  • Buffalo Wild Wings (University Ave) - November 13 - 18

Your gift will help us connect the homeless in our community to the resources they need to live healthier lives.

HEALTH Program

Founded by two Madison doctors in 2009, the HEALTH Program  links patients who are homeless with primary care services and community resources, assists them in applying for insurance coverage, provides education and medical conditions and coordinates follow-up care.

Donor support plays a vital role in our ability to continue to provide transportation to and from medical appointments, medical care, educational materials and outreach to those less fortunate in our community.
