Healthy Recipes for Your New Year
Whether you set New Year's resolutions or not, many look to the beginning of each year as an opportunity to eat better. Whatever your goal(s) for 2020 may be, we think you'll agree these recipes are top-notch ways to eat healthier in the New Year without sacrificing taste.
We asked UnityPoint Health – Meriter clinical dietitian Dena Person and manager of our Greenbush Garden Bistro and Dr. Joe's coffee shop Michelle Miller, to share a couple of healthy recipe ideas to help get your New Year off to a great start.
