About Us

UnityPoint Health – St. Luke's Rehabilitation Services – Downtown provides outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to patients with a wide range of conditions and injuries. To schedule an outpatient physical, occupational or speech therapy appointment, call (712) 279-2576.

Physical Therapy
Our physical therapists help patients regain their strength, balance and overall functional mobility.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists help patients improve their ability to perform activities of daily living.
Speech Therapy
Speech-language pathologists support patients who have difficulties with speech sounds, communication, memory loss and swallowing.
