About the Nutrition Center

Food is one of the great pleasures in life, and it's at the center of many of our celebrations with friends and family. Eating a healthy and balanced diet is one of the best things you can do for your body, as it reduces your chances of developing heart disease, cancer, obesity, osteoporosis, stroke, anemia, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. It also gives you the energy to do the things you enjoy. 

The nutrition center offers a variety of services and program from registered dietitians to keep your entire family healthy.

The nutrition center staff has registered dietitians who offer the experience and expertise that will help you build a healthy lifestyle.

Individual Nutrition Counseling

Initial Nutrition Consultation
Includes a 60-minute individual consultation with a registered dietitian. This nutritional coach will review your health history, medications, food choices, behaviors and health goals and will develop a basic nutrition and wellness plan tailored to fit your lifestyle.
Follow-up Series
After completing the initial nutrition consultation, ongoing nutrition coaching is available in 15- or 30- minute sessions. The dietitian will further assist you toward a healthier lifestyle with discussions on current progress, the nutrition action plan and overcoming barriers.
