Our cardiac rehab program is an AACVPR-certified program and proud to be ranked in the top 10% nationally for patient satisfaction scores. We help people recover from a heart event or procedure, including:
- Angioplasty or stent placement
- Stable angina
- Coronary bypass surgery
- Heart attack (within last 12 months)
- Heart transplant
- Valve repair or replacement
- Stable/chronic heart failure with EF ≤35%
Each participant receives a customized plan of care, including exercise counseling/training, education on disease and medication management, along with help building healthy lifestyle habits to lower cardiac risk. We use a multi-disciplinary approach to provide the best care possible. In a typical year, our program increases quality of life by 22%, decreases depression by 50% and increases functional capacity by 50%.
