About Us
The Quad Cities Rehabilitation Institute is a joint venture of UnityPoint Health – Trinity and Encompass Health.
As a 40-bed free-standing hospital, the Quad Cities Rehabilitation Institute provides essential services to help patients regain function and independence as they recover from major injuries and illnesses, such as strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations and complex orthopedic conditions.
In addition to 24-hour nursing care, Quad Cities Rehabilitation Institute offers physical, occupational and speech therapies to restore functional ability and quality of life. Care is provided by highly specialized nurses, therapists and physicians. The hospital features all private patient rooms, a large therapy gym with advanced rehabilitation technologies, an activities of daily living suite, and an on-site dialysis suite.
The partnership provides the team, the technology and best practices that help patients achieve their highest levels of independence with the confidence they need to get back to what matters most.
