Medical Interests

Dr. Bowers specializes in total joint replacements of the knee and hip. His custom total knee replacements and his anterior approach to hip replacement sets him apart from most other orthopedic surgeons in Madison. He also performs knee arthroscopies and ACL reconstructions.

Medicine gives Dr. Bowers an opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. Through his work in orthopedics, Dr. Bowers is able to restore his patients' active lifestyles. He looks out for his patients by treating each like a member of his own family, clearly communicating how he will perform a procedure and what to expect afterward.

Personal Interests

Dr. Bowers loves athletics, especially soccer, swimming and triathlons. He has completed the Wisconsin Ironman in 2008 and 2012. He also enjoys the guitar and has an interest in woodworking.
