Our certified diabetes educators, nurses and dietitians work with each individual's doctor to facilitate the common goal of successful diabetes management. Our team of health professionals offers information, instruction and support through educational programs and counseling sessions. In the Healthy Living Clinic, Dr. Rao and Dr. Aluri evaluate and treat individuals struggling with weight-related issues. During the first visit, they evaluate for causes of weight gain and help determine what program best fits a person's needs.
Our team provides care during and after weight loss. Close monitoring and lab work will help ensure participants are medically stable. They will also adjust medications as necessary, including those for blood pressure and diabetes.
