Once your appointment is made, you will receive a confirmation via text. Upon arrival, text the word "Arrived" to the phone number of your location, and when the lab is ready for you, you'll receive a text or phone call with screening questions and an invitation to come into the lab. (Universal masking guidelines are still enforced.)
