Support for Team Members

We are in this together, and we have several stress management resources available to all team members:

  • Relaxation Videos: 360 Degrees of Relaxation & Soothe Yourself Guided Relaxation
  • Mindfulness Exercises: From now until the end of the year, it's important to FOCUS on what really matters – especially you. Taking time to focus on mindfulness will help reduce stress and improve our daily outcomes. Click here for mindfulness exercise videos.
  • Allen Hospital's Employee Assistance Program is teaming up with Black Hawk-Grundy Mental Health Center, the Child Protection Center and UnityPoint Clinic Psychiatry to add extra counselors to be available to provide real-time assistance to any team member in the Waterloo region who may need additional emotional support. EAP sessions are available to employees and members of their household. Learn more.
