Yard Sign Fundraiser

Purchase a Yard Sign and Support a Healthcare Worker

Here's your opportunity to support UnityPoint Health – Waterloo in an effective and meaningful way – by donating toward yard signs as part of a fundraiser that will help us acquire much-needed supplies and support in our battle against COVID-19.

For a limited time, we're selling 24"x18" Heart the Caregivers signs that you can donate to our healthcare workers – or even display in your own yard. In fact, employees are welcome to get signs for other employees or themselves. It is $25 for the first sign you request and $15 for each additional sign, and it's a wonderful way to show support for UnityPoint Health – Waterloo and our healthcare workers who are on the frontlines. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly toward our needs as we fight this pandemic.

To order a sign(s) for a healthcare worker, use the form below, where you can designate a specific healthcare worker at UnityPoint Health – Waterloo and we'll make sure they receive a sign. If you’d rather purchase a sign(s) for yourself, email michael.lind@unitypoint.org to coordinate payment and delivery.

If you choose to honor a caregiver who already received a sign, or if you choose to donate more than one sign to the same caregiver, we'd prefer to "spread the love." So, we'll choose another caregiver, allowing us to honor as many of our healthcare heroes as possible. Honorees will receive a letter stating that a donation was made in their honor (we'll list the donor, but not the donation amount).
