CMH Medical Clinic is a family practice group with two physicians and a nurse practitioner. The clinic provides care to all age ranges, newborn to geriatric, including: well child visits, immunizations, routine pediatric care, shared maternity care, wound care, school and sports physicals, manipulations, and more. Our providers are happy to have the opportunity to care for you and your family!

Meet the Care Providers
Dr. Troy Buchholz
Dr. Buchholz joined Community Memorial Hospital in July 2003. After graduating from North Fayette High School in 1992, he attended Wartburg College. Dr. Buchholz then went on to earn his MD degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 2000. He spent the next 3 years in Cedar Rapids at a family practice residency program.
Dr. Buchholz was raised in Fayette and now resides in Sumner. He is married and has 3 daughters. He enjoys golfing, skiing, and doing other outside activities.
Jeffrey Roske, D.O.
Dr. Roske joined Community Memorial Hospital in July 2013. He attended Des Moines Area Community College and Iowa State University. Dr. Roske then attended Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center for Osteopathic Medicine. He spent the next 3 years in Waterloo in the NE Iowa Family Residency program.
Dr. Roske and his family now reside in Sumner. He is married and has one son and one daughter. He enjoys woodworking, golfing, and vacationing to beach front areas with his family.
Spencer Kleitsch, ARNP
Spencer joined Community Memorial Hospital in April 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 from Allen College in Waterloo. She continued her advance education at Allen College where she also received her Master's Degree in Nursing in 2014.
Spencer grew up in Nashua and now resides near Readlyn. She is married and has two sons, Evan and Reid. Spencer enjoys anything that allows her time to spend with her family. She also enjoys reading and running.
Kayla Frost, ARNP
Kayla joined Community Memorial Hosptial in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2006 from Allen College in Waterloo. She continued her advanced education at Kaplan University, where she received her Master's Degree in Nursing in 2014.
Kayla grew up and continues to reside near Sumner. She is married and has three sons, Paxton, Brycen, and Kiptyn. Kayla enjoys spending time with family, her annual family vacation to Okoboji, riding bikes, and helping her husband on their beef farm.
