Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and iHeartMedia Honored for Campaign Blending Profit and Purpose

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, including UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s Children’s Miracle Network, and iHeartMedia were honored with a Silver Cause Marketing Halo Award in the Best Message-focused Campaign Category at the 13th Annual Cause Marketing Forum Conference. Sixteen programs received Halo awards for outstanding efforts to do well by doing good in 2014.
In 2014, 35 iHeartMedia radio stations raised nearly $6.5 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and over the past three years have raised $19.5 million to help save and improve kids’ lives.
St. Luke’s Children’s Miracle Network has partnered with iHeartMedia in Sioux City since 2000. Through their generous support of donated airtime with Radiothon each fall and Mini Radiothon in the spring, their listeners have helped raise nearly $1 million for St. Luke’s Children’s Miracle Network. All of the funds that are raised locally are used locally here in Sioux City and surrounding communities for children’s health care.
Now in their thirteenth year, the Cause Marketing Halo Awards are North America's highest honor in the field of cause marketing.
