Greene joins St. Luke's College as Nursing Instructor
Courtney Greene has joined St. Luke’s College – UnityPoint Health as an instructor for the Division of Nursing Education. In her new role, Greene provides clinical lab instruction for first year nursing students.
Greene is also employed as a registered nurse with UnityPoint Clinic Occupational Medicine serving the South Sioux City School District. Previously, she worked in nursing at the Boys and Girls Home in South Sioux City and as a critical care nurse at UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s.
Greene received her Associate Degree in Nursing from St. Luke’s College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University. In December, she will earn a Master of Science in Nursing degree from South Dakota State University.
Greene is a member of the National Association of School Nurses in Nebraska as well as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
Located at 2800 Pierce Street in Sioux City, St. Luke’s College celebrated record enrollment in its 2014 fall semester. St. Luke’s College offers Bachelor Degree Completion Programs in Nursing and Health Sciences; Associate Degree Programs in Nursing, Radiologic Technology and Respiratory Care; Certificate Programs in Medical Laboratory Science and Phlebotomy; and Specialty Certifications in Sonography, CT, MRI and Mammography; and a Clinical Pastoral Education Program.
