About This Provider
"Patients and their families can count on me to listen and respond to their concerns with compassion and to be their partner in finding solutions that work best for them."
Medical Interests
Rachel enjoys caring for children of all ages. She is most passionate about preventive care, because she feels the greatest impact on a person’s health is made early in life. She explores all ways to prevent onset or progression of chronic diseases, including weight management, mental health support and encouraging kids to stay active. Additionally, she is a certified lactation counselor and finds joy in helping moms succeed with their breastfeeding goals.
Medical Philosophy
Rachel aims to put smiles on faces. She builds strong relationships with every patient and their family. She also helps to educate and equip them to live a happy and healthy childhood. Through effective (and fun!) education, patients and parents better understand their health care and children can grow up to be good advocates for their own health.
Personal Interests
During her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking and exploring state and national parks. She also enjoys playing recreational sports around the Madison area.
