To help in the greatest capacity I can. Being there without judgment for people during some of the hardest times in their lives in hopes they can find purpose and meaning in their lives.
What type of care/clinic interests are you most passionate about?
The mental health of children and their families of support. Crisis response and support. Children and their supports affected by trauma.
What qualities best describe the care you provide your patients?
Balance. Every day, finding balance throughout life.
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day?
Seeing people smile and feeling like I'm helping people.
What is the most important thing patients should know about you and your practice?
That we figure things out together. It's not one-sided either way. Therapy is a process.
Personal interests:
My children, family and the celebration of life with them. CrossFit, yoga, running, anything outside and being active. Caring for others and being there for the people in my life.
