Biography

Dr. Daphney Myrtil, MD, is a graduate of the University of Utah Occupational and Environmental Medicine Program and completed her Residency in Occupational Medicine. 
Dr. Myrtil was an United States Air Force Flight Surgeon from 2011 - 2014 and is a Certified Medical Examiner (DOT) and Medical Review Officer (MRO).
