About This ProviderPrint
My counseling style is supportive and patient-centered, with an emphasis on helping clients clarify goals and determine what steps are needed to reach those goals. Sharing coping strategies and skills to manage stress while finding alternative ways to think about problems is valuable in changing
behaviors. I am flexible in how we go about addressing concerns and open to changing our focus as needed.
Why did you become a provider?
I always wanted to be in a helping profession.

Giving individualized care unique to the needs of each person.
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day?
Looking forward to each person's situation and working together to find solutions to help improve their quality of life.
What is the most important message you would like to share with your patients? What would you like your patients to know about you?
I believe that small changes can make big differences and want to convey a sense of hope to those who are seeking solutions for whatever their circumstances may be. I try to be very open-minded and see myself as a partner in your mental health care.
