UnityPoint Health is committed to resolving care and safety issues in a timely manner and our Advocate program is dedicated to this purpose. While we appreciate the opportunity to address your concern through our Advocate program first, UnityPoint partners with regulatory agencies who may also be contacted with concerns as well, including IDPH at 1-800-252-4343 (TTY: 1-800-574-0466 and The Joint Commission.
