Rules of Lifting Phase II is a 4 week program built from the initial prerequisite Rules of Lifting for Beginners. After learning the correct form, techniques, and fundamentals from the initial class, it is now time to use that knowledge to enhance your weightlifting program. This program is developed with your goals in mind. The session meets twice a week for 4 weeks under the instruction of an Exercise Specialist. The goal at the conclusion of the program is to leave autonomously confident in your resistance training knowledge and skills.
