Understanding Birth: Express
The Understanding Birth: Express class is a 4 hour session that condenses our Understanding Birth: Two-Week Series into one class. Due to the length of this class we encourage participants to bring snacks and drinks.
This class will cover essential information on pre-labor, stages of labor, vaginal delivery, medical procedures, medical pain relief options available to you and Cesarean birth. You will also be watching a birth story showing the progression of labor and delivery. Understanding Birth: Express covers the same topics covered in Understanding Birth: Series, but it's condensed into 4 hours instead of two separate sessions.
Understanding Birth: Express does not cover Newborn Care, Breastfeeding, Comfort Techniques or Maternity Tours.
