Understanding Birth eClass will help you prepare for your baby’s birth and your first few months together. This class will cover labor and birth, and the basics of infant care and breastfeeding. In this online class (developed by InJoy Health Education) you can learn whenever and wherever it works for you. Videos and interactive games will help you learn.


This eClass is available in the following languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Japanese, and Chinese.

The Class Date/Time listed for this class can be disregarded. This is for office use only.

 

Class Cost:

 $70.00 (Cost includes the registrant plus one support person)

Within 7 days of registering, you will receive an email with instructions for creating your online class account. The information in this course is available to you for 270 days. This can be a valuable resource even after your baby is born.


If you would prefer to take our instructor-led virtual classes, the following three classes cover the same content as the online class:

·        Preparing for Childbirth - Virtual

·        Basics of Breastfeeding 1 – Virtual: Birth to Home

·        Basics of Infant Care - Virtual

 

There is no need to register for both the eClass and the instructor-led virtual courses.  You should choose to either take the Understanding Birth eClass or the three live virtual classes listed above.
