and Poster Fair

Perspectives of stakeholders across roles and disciplines are essential to overcome barriers in providing evidence-based care. This program will address the national call to apply team science and evidence-based practice to improve care quality. Nurses are the glue for the health care team across the varied settings where health care is delivered.

Conference participants will learn strategies for applying evidence that improves team functioning, strategies to apply implementation and team science, network with evidence-based practice experts and enthusiasts, while learning innovative information to apply across settings. Various clinical issues will be discussed with reports on evidence-based solutions. The program is designed to meet the needs of practicing nurses, leaders, faculty and experts.
