Updated: Lakeview Medical Park

Due to a water main break at Lakeview Medical Park, 6000 University Ave. in West Des Moines, our Family Medicine | Urgent Care location is temporarily closed, but will reopen Thursday, December 26.

Until Thursday, patients with scheduled appointments will be notified directly and will be seen at other UnityPoint Clinic locations.

Urgent Care/Walk-in patents will be seen at our Internal Medicine location in Lakeview, Suite 300.

  • *Note: In observance of the Christmas holiday, the clinic will be open from Noon – 3 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24 and will be closed Wednesday, December 25
