The ROSE Award

The ROSE Award is a program that rewards our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). ROSE stands for Recognition Of Service Excellence. These individuals consistently demonstrate excellence through clinical expertise, extraordinary service and compassionate care. They are recognized as outstanding role models in the nursing community. They are true team members exhibiting outstanding communication skills and kindness with everything they do.

The ROSE Award recipients are recognized at a public ceremony and receive:

• A certificate
• ROSE Award lapel pin
• A single rose
• Cookies to share with their unit/department

How to nominate an outstanding Patient Care Technician:

Patients, family members, visitors or volunteers can nominate a deserving Patient Care Technician by completing this online nomination form or by submitting a hard copy of a nomination form.
