Stardust, which gives people the opportunity to write legacy messages for
family and friends.

Through Operation Stardust, we will collect and distribute blank cards to palliative care patients and patients with limited mobility and/or communication opportunities, who can write
messages for loved ones to read on special occasions in the future, whether
it's a birthday, holiday or other special life event. The organization was
inspired by Madison-area resident Heather McManamy, who, while fighting breast cancer,
wrote a series of greeting cards to celebrate her daughter's future milestones.
