"When treating chronic wounds it is important to understand the underlying cause of the wound, co-morbidities and other factors preventing healing including the patient’s personal goals of care. By addressing all these elements I can treat the patient as a whole, respect their personal preferences and work with the patient and their families toward a common goal and improve their quality of life."
