Meet the Care Team
Dr. Jeffrey D. Larson, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Plastic surgery can be transformative, not only to one's physical appearance but often to their self-confidence and quality of life. It is a privilege to provide my patients with a safe, skilled environment for their cosmetic and reconstructive needs. When patients choose me as their physician, I am able to provide them with the guarantee that I will be their doctor throughout every step of their journey: from consultation to procedure to recovery.
The most important part of my relationship with patients is honesty and communication, and I will take as much time as necessary to understand my patients' goals. The breadth of my expertise ensures that we will explore every option, so each individual can make an informed decision about the treatment that's right for them.
In addition to the personalized care I provide each patient, I have extensive experience in the plastic surgery field. With board certification in plastic surgery, training in aesthetic surgery at Cleveland Clinic and a specialization in microsurgery (complex reconstruction), my advanced training allows me to help each patient achieve the best possible outcome every time.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four young children. I am also an avid Wisconsin sports fan and I enjoy playing golf and the guitar. Visit Dr. Larson's Professional Profile to learn more.
Denise E. Baker, RN, BSN
During my first nursing job in Dermatology, I gained a particular interest in skin health. In the Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Microsurgery clinic, I specialize in skin care, including topical products, chemical peels, skin cancer reconstruction, breast reconstruction patients and the variety of hand microsurgery patients. Our practice has the support of experts from a wide range of disciplines, all working together to provide any specialized care that may be required by our patients. I love coordinating and communicating care to help patients' journeys be successful.
As a nurse, I enjoy really getting to know my patients and their families. One of my main priorities is encouraging a completely open environment. Being upfront and honest about your expectations—as well as your concerns—helps our team make sure we're addressing all of your needs and answering all of your questions. Exceeding the expectations of our patients is what we strive for every single time.
In my free time, I enjoy participating in triathlons, running, being outdoors and traveling with my husband and our lively Viszla, Cooper.
Michele D. Quest, LPN, BS, Cosmetic Program Coordinator
I understand the impact cosmetic procedures can have on a person's self-esteem. I feel like I can relate to my patients; sometimes it's tough to feel totally comfortable with your appearance—especially as we age. I am truly invested in each individual. The most important thing to me is establishing a trusting, open relationship. I want my patients to be comfortable asking me absolutely anything, and I make myself available by phone at all times—day or night—to answer questions.
I have always wanted to be a nurse, and I have a passion for what I do. I pride myself in staying up-to-date on the latest trends, products and techniques.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling and riding my horse Gene. Most of all, I love spending time with my son. I have an incredibly fulfilling career, but there is nothing in the world I am more proud of than being a mom.
